American Range took its Saute /Step-Up cooking ranges one step further with introduction of industry first hybrid range cookers in 24″, 30″ and 36″. The hybrid range combines gas and induction cooking technology in a one freestanding range, providing commercial grade firepower, performance and efficiency with ergonomic functionality. Residential step-up ranges were and still are quite an innovative idea, with American Range being the only brand to my best recollection.
